What is Dental crowding?
Dental crowding is a type of bad bite or malocclusion that occurs when your jaw is too small to accommodate all your teeth. Rather than your teeth growing into their correct positions, the teeth compete with each for space and end up growing into unnatural positions. This results in you having uneven teeth, crooked teeth and crowded teeth that are misaligned.02

No, crooked and crowded teeth cannot be fixed naturally. You will have to use aligners, and braces or go through surgery.

If you have misaligned teeth, uneven teeth or rotated teeth, and find it difficult to chew, bite, floss or close your mouth properly, chances are you may have dental crowding. Other symptoms of crowded and crooked teeth include jaw pain, dental pain, general discomfort and a smile that does not make you happy.06
What are the various treatment options for dental crowding?
- Aligners – removable and transparent plastic trays that are firmly fitted on your teeth and apply pressure progressively achieving the perfect position
